2022 FDM everywoman in Technology Awards - Entrepreneur Award Winner: Joy Foster, Founder and CEO of TechPixies

The winners of the 12th annual FDM everywoman in Technology Awards were announced at a ceremony at Westminster Park Plaza on 9 March 2022. Celebrating the industry’s most exceptional talent, the winners span diverse backgrounds from academia, enterprise, and financial services, from talented students through to high-performing entrepreneurs and CTOs.

The Entrepreneur Award - Sponsored by The Howden Group, was awarded to Joy Foster, Founder and CEO of TechPixies. Since 2015, Joy has led TechPixies on a mission to upskill women with social media in order to return to work, change careers or start a business. When the global pandemic hit the UK in March 2020, Joy set up and run multiple free training programmes to help women quickly upskill with modern technology. Since then, thousands of women have participated in the programme and it was featured in The Times.
