At NatWest we have one aim: “We are determined to be the leading bank for entrepreneurs by powering UK businesses to start scale and succeed”.

 

The NatWest Entrepreneur Accelerator gives businesses the power to start, scale and succeed via 12 hubs and other satellite locations across the UK. More than 5,000 entrepreneurs have already passed through the fully-funded programmes and as of 2019 more than 80% were still trading.

 

With this in mind, we have developed two main fully funded programmes which help entrepreneurs #PowerUp their businesses by taking them further, faster. These are our Pre-Accelerator and Accelerator programmes:

 

Accelerator programme

 

The NatWest Accelerator offers established entrepreneurs lots of exciting opportunities. It’s a six-month programme for growing businesses who are looking to scale up.

 

Accelerator is fully-funded for you. We do the funding, you do the growing, and we don’t take any equity. All we ask is that you work as hard as we do to grow your business.

 

Designed to ensure that businesses get the best chance to succeed, Accelerator entrepreneurs get:

 

• Free office space in a state of the art environment
• Wi-Fi and printing
• 1:1 coaching
• Access to business mentors
• Access to legal and tech advice from our partners
• Access to our unrivalled networks and supply chains
• Regular bespoke events

 

Entrepreneurs can progress through the six month programme up to a maximum of three times, making 18 months in total.

Pre Accelerator programme

 

The Pre-Accelerator is aimed at businesses and entrepreneurs looking to validate their businesses or grow a customer base.

 

The programme focuses on the key driver to success – the entrepreneur themselves – guidance, support and challenge are provided by the bank’s trained coaches at a kick-off ‘Ignition’ event which is a face to face event which runs from 9.00am – 12.30pm.

 

The Pre-Accelerator is fully funded by NatWest, and the bank takes no equity in any business, so it’s free to any entrepreneur that wishes to apply and they don’t have to be NatWest customers.

Pre-Accelerator is an intensive, eight-week online learning programme for businesses or start-ups looking to validate ideas or take their first steps to growth. It offers entrepreneurs:
