Kathryn is co-founder and CEO of Decoded, a technology education company up-skilling and re-skilling professionals in code, data, AI and machine learning.

 

The Decoded Data Academies launched in 2018 with an ambition to fill the professional data skills gap.  Kathryn is recommending business leaders ensure a 50:50 female/male learner ratio.


Described as "an economic force" Kathryn is a champion for female entrepreneurship. She sits on the UK Prime Minister and London Mayor’s Business Advisory Boards and in a non-executive on the board of the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.
