Families play, learn and eat together at Maggie & Rose, and with the company planning to grow from three clubs to around 20 in five years, co-founder Bolger may be on to something.
“I truly believe what has led to the success of the business is understanding the importance of creativity,” she says. “Being able to duck and dive in a creative way is a great ability to have.
“We’ve spent years building our curriculum for our little members and we’re really on the cusp of something amazing.”
Top tip: “Recognise your shortcomings and take steps to work on them. Being founder isn’t where the growth stops, it’s all about personal development.”
